Prudential APIs require HTTPS and REST

• TLS Version : TLS version 1.2 or higher is required.

The default time is 30 secs, but it can be overridden by the API Owner, If overridden, the new value would reflect on the API Spec page.

Rate limits would be displayed on the API spec page for each API.
